A low power microcontroller for my backscatter antenna circuit

I am looking for a low power consuming microcontroller for my backscatter antenna circuit. It will harvest energy and control the modulation and demodulation processes. It will also allow me to send some sensor data to the receiver. Thanks in advance for your suggestions
