A little problem about common-source stage in Razavi's book.

Hello everyone,

I have a problem in page 57 of "Design of Analog CMOS Integrated Circuits"

In the equation (3.35) , |VGS2-VTH2| is at numerator.

I think the value of Av is only one.

Can anyone tell me why Av of the equation (3.37) is inversely proportional to |VGS2-VTH2| (at denominator)?
