A hole for Plastic pin of ethernet connector

Hello,
Here the ethernet connector(http://www.kosmodrom.com.ua/pdf/HR911105A.pdf) that I am going to implement in Altium.

I need to know that for plastic connector (phi=3.25) if my configuration is right. (hole size=3.25 , X/Y for round shape=2.5)

No. You'll use non-plated hole for mechanical alignment or locking pins, without annual ring etc.
 

Thank you for your response. It means just by adjusting the hole size and disabling plated option ( even annual ring=0?) it works fine?
