A high cpu utilization

HI all

we are facing core switch high CPU Utilization problem pls help me. This is the log on my core cisco 4506E switch:

My S3700-28TP-EI-DC switch uplink to this cisco 4506E core switch. If cisco and huawei cannot interconnect with each other? Any suggestion?
