I have done esd test(HBM) for 54hcXX IC,some ic have damnification or fail
(ESD overvoltage<2000V),I use digital IC test equipment process function
test and dc parameter test for fail ic,i find a strange question:some ic function
is normal,but dc parameter is not good,for example,Icch/IccL is very large(>1ma)
,IN port ESD is fail,it can make out that the input protect circuir is fail,but input
port dc parameter IIH/IIL is normal,it can not explain why input port is fail,I want to know why?
my 54hcXX IC input prot protect circuir is made up of resistanceand diode(to vdd
and gnd)
