Hi,
Suppose we have the periodic sequence \[h[n]\] with period P (where its actual length is L, and the last P-L samples are zeros), and the corresponding DFT denoted as \[H[k]\], for \[k=0,1,\ldots,P-1\], and suppose we have another sequence in the frequency domain \[G[k]\] for \[k=0,1,\ldots,P-1\] which are functions of \[H[k]\]. Then, if we multiply \[U[k]=G[k]H[k]\], what would be length of the sequence \[u[n]\] in the time domain? would it be L, for example, or not necessary? and why?
Thanks
