This site links to a few 8051 cores.

Altera itself offers (via a partner) a core, too -> https://www.altera.com/products/ip/processors/8_4bit/m-cas-8051-micro.html

And if you're using Altera, you may want to look into the Nios II softcore from ALtera as an alternative.
