Hello, i'm a student came from china, now i have a question about S11 parameters in HFSS, why my s11 value is -0.000035dB but not -20dB when it come to resonate frequency 1MHz. are
there some problem in my soft setting?

Hi, i do not have a exact solution for your problem while only have this picture that you posted. If you can send more designing information with this antenna, i would like to help you.

I also had many problems with HFSS and cavity simulations with my master thesis.
I finally succeded at simulating a cavity but not a cavity filter
It may be problem of the port definition... I attatch you the cavity I made with S11 simulation at -3db at the resonating point and the other is the eigen simulation. You could try that too.
I also attatch you my master thesis and hope to be helpful for you.

thank you so much, finally i have figured my issue out. it's the mismatch problem, when i add an another port and use drive model method, then i succed

thank you every one who help me, in the end i figure my problem out by drawing another new port as a match port

i have browsing your paper and thank you, i am a postgraduate and my major is about accelerator cavity loaded by ferrite. i wish we can futher exchange about HFSS
