If you use RH7.3 , Cadence IC5.033 USR2 or USR3 and later ,
set environment variable being as CDS_Netlisting_Mode="Analog"
Be careful "the quotation marks" ( "" ).
Otherwise the components whic come from analogLib don't work with default values. Try to put simple cap and you won't see value of it.
In additional to , when you check cdsGetNetlistMode , it returns back
Digital by default NOT Analog.
This creates very important simulation errors.
