I have seen in a book a basic current conveyor circuit that its voltage gain is analysed, but I can't understand the analysis that yields this result. The circuit and its voltage gain is shown in this picture:

Can anyone, please, help me?
 

Hi april1975,
if you the meaning of gm and its relation to vy it is a simple task to compute the ratio vx/vy.
However, I don`t agree to the expression ro*Rxload. For my opinion, it should be Rxload only.
Even from the units point of view (denominator: 1+ ohm) it can`t be correct.

In my opinion, the relation should be:
Vx/Vy = gm*ro*Rxload / ( gm*ro*Rxload + ro + Rxload )
What's your opinion?
 

Yes, this is OK - under the assumption of Rxload||ro.
However, because ro>>Rxload we can neglect ro.
