Please I need to make out an amplification of an 2.2 MHz electric signal in order to have a 5W signal and I need if it possible a good scheme of this amplifier
In fact I'm in need of using a Function generator wich can give me 20V maximum and passing by the amplifier I should get some 5-10Watt! and I have to generate a 2.2MHz signal.
I'm not too good in this but I think that a Class A or class B amplifier could be used. But I need an already working sheme if it is possible. Thank you very much
Just search the net for 3.5MHz (80m band) ham-radio QRP SSB power amplifier and you will find a lot of schematics. You have only to slightly tune for your needs.
In fact the input impedance is about 50 Ohm, but the output one is only 10 Ohm or less, because I'm using this to generate some ultrasonic waves so the transducers are not well calibrated! but I think if I use an adaptator I can get a lower impedance at the output of the amplifier No?
