ΔΣ ADC

I desire to obtain some suggestion on designing ΔΣADC.I am a beginner in this field without any experience of circuit designing and knowledge of circuit and signal processing.I am aimless and helpless.I wish someone would give me a hand and some direction on what I should do in the first step.
