Hi,
We have eight low frequency (~1khz) 2-wire comms channels going off a PCB. They all share the same ground.
We wish to do a common mode choke for them. (to stop their wires acting like EMC_fail emitters.)
So we will just wind a 9 coil common mode choke on a torroid.
Is there any foreseeable situation, where doing so could make common mode emissions worse?
