convert 2mbps to kbps
hi all
1- Is it allowed to enter multi rate(< 2Mbps) digital stream to a MUX with output rate 2 Mbps??
2- How to convert a low rate stream to a high one?? in another way to convert a stream of data @ rate 9.6 kbps to rate 64 kbps to be able to assign a channel in the E1 transmission (2 Mbps : 30+2 ch X 64 Kbps each channel) ???????
does any one have a tips about that thx allllllllll???
any extra info. like sites / pdf / lectures / books ...etc i will be so thanks
