This microphone preamplifier is a combination of something similar to ISA110 and simple EQ from Studer mixer 169. There are two channels, enriched by HPF and frequency regulation. Drive indicator is highlighted in yellow. Pad -20dB and precision adjustable voltage +48V can be useful.
