This project presents a 24W Flyback power supply utilizing the DK125 chip, designed for dual-output operation with 12V at 1A and 5V at 2.2A. The circuit operates at a switching frequency of 65kHz, using an EE-25 ferrite transformer as the core magnetic component. Semi-regulation of both outputs is achieved through the weighting method, enabling precise user adjustments via a multiturn potentiometer to modify output voltages. The design incorporates rigorous measures to minimize ground path impedance and loop areas, ensuring efficient performance and reduced electromagnetic interference.
