If you are preparing for an interview just stick to the basics. Know the following
(1) Capacitor charging and discharging
(2) Basic Amplifier circuits -- How feedback is achieved in CE ?
(3) Oscillation criteria
(4) Op Amps
(5) Rectifier and regulator
Here is a list for Opamp related interview question.
1. Bode-plot, Phase-margin and Frequency Compensation in Two-stage Op-Amp
2. Gain-splitting using miller-capacitor in Frequency compensation
3. Where is the dominal pole? estimate the magnitude of dominal pole and other poles
4. If the first stage is telescope or folded-cascode, estimate its max swing, headroom
5. When used as unity-gain buffer, estimate its slewing rate
About the interview make sure you know:
1) Parasitic element
2) Zero-pole behaviour of amps
3) Compensation
4) Steps involved in designing an amplifeir
5) May be a number of questions on Hspice or ADS or even PSpice
Parastic Element of an antenna, is a directive element that is not connected to a radio transmitter or receiver either directly or via a feeder, but is coupled to the driven element only by the fields.
you should know the stability of an amplifier ,and mos characteristics and the relevant equation..and also some basic digital circuit fundamentals...like setup time..,hold time, current mirrors etc..
when mentioning about analog design, nowadays, the voltage supply, power is very essential. You may wanna study more about the folded cascode amplifier as well.
A firm knowledge of MOS and BJT would be basic as well.
