Is it true that the quasi resonant flyback only reduces Switch ON switching losses?

Also, the QR flyback tends to suffer worse turn-OFF switching losses than eg CCM flybacks due to the relatively higher peak primary current?

Also, the QR Flyback needs an RCD snubber , just like a "standard" flyback, and since the peak current tends to be higher with QR flybacks, there is more energy in the leakage inductance to dissipate, and so RCD clamp losses tend to be higher with QR flybacks.?
