thanks but i dont know what ic i will use for driving matrix and how will i scroll the message need programming help....and how to generate character pattern...

i have an idea suggest led matrix 8*8 then we have rows[8] and columns [8]
if you use decade counter for say rows and connect columns to pic or any microcontroller to send data to it
my friend used something like that and it works
