I design a DAC as an analog IP in a SoC chip. The backend team need the capacitance of input pins to synthesis. I do not know how to get the input capacitance from my layout design. I use Cadence 5033 platform.

Who can teach me how to get the capacitance, and how to make the lef or lib file for backend design.

Thanks a lot!!

You can use captab function in ADE, it can simlate the cap of node for DC.

Hi Question,

Did you solve your issue?

Can you give me a guide line,

Thanks,
