Hey guys

do you know any DC-DC converter so I can operate with a 6 kW of power?

If you want the input to be isolated from the output (desirable if you're running high voltage), then consider a full H-bridge driving a transformer.

If they do not need to be isolated, then a boost or boost-buck converter could be sufficient. Also consider 2 or more parallel converters, interleaved.

According to wikipedia the recommended maximum watt conversion is 5 kW. (See the comparison tables starting 60% of the way down the page.)

So if I have a fuel cell with a 30 kW of power there will be no converter available?

30 kW is an amount on the level of industrial grade equipment.

You might find a professional business which custom designs and manufactures high-power converters for industry.
