I searched all over the world and I couldn't find the PCAD 8.7.
Can you save the board in other format? Protel is OK.
Or may be you can send me the layers of PCB in format RS274X.
You has done a big work with the design of the tranmitter and I want to build mine.

If the broadcaster stays mindful of several technical details, there can be circumstances where this sort of non-licensed transmitting is legal.

It's also known as hobby broadcasting, or micropower FM broadcasting.
