He is the 5 volt AC ground amp schematic circuit

How does it convert 5 Volt AC sinewaveform into a DC

Here is the schematic

Look at this rectified waveform on U5 output pin#1
Is the DC offset at 5 volts?
Or is the DC offset at 7.5 volts?
