Hi Oigres,

You are not entirely clear with your request. Need to give as much detail as you can like what application and intended topology before we can help you.

Thank you for your reply. I'm working in RFIC. i want to build a chip with a 433MHz transmitter. i mut design a PLL ( Phase detector, VCO, filter, Divider), a Modulator (simple) and a Power Amplifier. all of those must to be designed in 0.7u CMOS process. could someone help me?

What is your RF, LO, IF?
What is your spec?

you may refer to RFMD's rf2510/rf2512 architechture
they are ask/fsk tx
for a fsk tx, you can modulate the vco directly
for a ask tx, you can turn on/off the driving amplifier
after the circuit arch is determinated, it is what you are trainned to
implement it!!
