433 module explanation

Hi,

I found this circuit on forum.

Can someone explain me this circuit of 433 module and what is purpose of two trimer resistor in receiver module.

It is not English descrition.
But I think the first R (100K) is for adjust to best Rx sensitivity. The second R (10K) is for adjust to best output wave shape.
 
Pico is right. The first potentiometer adjusts the superregenerative detector to the best sensitivity, the trimmer at the right side adjusts the comparator for the best output impulse shape.
