hello

I need a ic part number which is a RF power amplifier ,

i used sky65116ic for my project but i am not satisfied with it


1. output power gain is more than 30 dbm
2. freequency range : up to 433 MHZ

please tell me the related part number of an IC

well if u r looking for an IC then i think u can go to RFMD,Triquint etc sites there u will find many driver amplifiers with more than 30dBm of output with wide range of operation.

well, this site good for amplifier ics,
i browse them , but i need only ic with 433 MHz and output power gain is 30 db or more,
