Hello,I need to supply the drain of my PMA5-83-2W at the drain.
As you can seein the table I need to supply it with 400mA. so the load at this situation is 12/0.4=30Ohm
However As you can see below my (R4) is representing the PMA5-83-2W, I get on the load only 280mA. So somewhere there is a transistor which is limiting the current in the simulation.
In the simulation it cannot supply more then 280mA.
The problem is probably coming from MMBT2907A.
Is there some alternative i could try which does not have this current limitaion?
Thanks.
