How to design a noise filter of a Hall sensor output of a BLDC motor, Hall output time period will vary from 10ms to 150ms based on the speed of the motor

Hi,

the diagram wihtout timing is useless.
Asking for a solution .. while giving no goal .. I call it useless, too.

--> Show input signal including timing information and a sketch of the according expected output signal.
Then we may be able to find a solution.

Your scope trace looks like it could be either a Hall switch or Hall sensor. Do you wish to ignore the two short pulses appearing like bookends to each long pulse? You might move the sensor further away to reduce its range of response. Maybe you can find a sweet spot where you get the right-shaped pulses at all motor speeds.
