40A Doide instead of 60A ?, can be?

Hello
I repair 10k ups , and I’ve found a broken IGBT and doide in inverter circuit
The IGBT we have, but not the doide
The IGBT is 75N65fl2 , “ 75 A and 650 v “ , the doide is 60FU120b, “ 60A and 1200v

I have 60 A And 600 v doide, can I use instead of 60FU120B or it’s a risk?, as I think the voltage is not much than 450v as the bus voltage have capacitors rated at 450v maximum , how you think?

I have also 40 A , 1200v doide, can I use it it’s a risk?,

How you think?, how can solve this issue?, as for replacing the doide with same number difficult for now because not available in local market right now

You likely need to compare the dynamic parameters such as reverse recovery, capacitance and forward voltage as the likelyhood is these parameters will be compromised by the larger chips for increase voltage. That isn't to say they can't be used but it will likely put additional stress on these parts which may cause further component failure. If the parameters look favourable then try them

It's better to look for diodes with at least a 60A current rating and a 1200V voltage rating.

Here is the circuit diagram of the ups
The capacitors are Rated at 450v , they are connected in series as shown for + Dc Bus and - Dc Bus

The T-shape IGBT are for inverter and the two before are for pfc

The Igbt as I’ve mentioned before, they are 75 ampere and 650v

The doide above is rated at 1200v , or in other words it’s 60FU120B it’s specification for 1300v

Can I install 600v doide instead?
