IPC standards

I am wondering about the IPC standards related to PCB design and fabrication. I found the standard names, see attachment but not their full documentation. I am not sure if they are free to download. I found at one website IPC 4101 which is not free to downloads. Is that true that these IPC standards are paid downloads ?

Thanks for reply. I was looking for these IPC standards and found at one place that they cost money to download them.

How about ESA standards ? Are they downloadable? I am looking for standards on PCB materials and stackups. I have tried and found some ESA soldering standard ECSS-Q-ST-70-08. Do we have ESA standards on PCB materials and stackups ?
