I have a question about the saturation of LNA versus frequency.
I couldn’t find the answer on Google, so I’m asking here for expert advice.
Suppose there is a LNA with a working frequency range of 1550MHz-1615MHz and a P1dB of -9dBm.
There is no SAW in front/behind of the LNA.
On that premise, a noise signal with a power of 20dBm and a frequency of 100GHz enters the LNA, will it cause the LNA to saturate or no affection ?
