I am looking for transistor arrays for BC547C and BC557C in
1. DIP
2. SMD
They have to be the C versions.
Any component parts to propose me?

Nobody makes a 'drop in' array but suitable alternatives might be available.
How many transistors does the array have to hold?
Do you need access to each connection on each transistor or can some be linked together?
Do you need both NPN and PNP in the same array or are you looking for two different arrays?

Perhaps explaining the application would help.

Brian.

Hi Brian,
I actually need only one transistor of each. The purpose is to make it more difficult for users to "copy" the design by erasing the array chip numbers. I need access to all pins of the transistors individually. I do not mind having both NPN and PNP in the same package.

Something like ZXTC2062E6 ?

They are rated for higher current than the BC547/557 but that is mostly because they can dissipate more heat through their shorter pins. At low currents their parameters are similar.

Brian.
