The following figure shows two types of pots connected .
It understands the connection of R 22 but does not understand how R 12 works.
Can you help? Which ends of R 12 should be connected?
You connect it the same as R22.
The wiper terminal is connected to one end of the pot resistance.
Connecting to one end will cause the resistance to increase with clock-wise wiper rotation.
Connecting to the other end will cause the resistance to decrease with clock-wise wiper rotation.
