Hello,i have a power supply as shown bellow.
I cant understant why we two two nobes for voltage ,two tuning nobes for minus.
What is the role them?

Hello FVM, How there are two current controls,when i plug my 10V to the circuit.
HOw do i make sure i dont burn the circuit either by too high of a current or startup current?
