We can't tell the size from the picture but it looks like a 10 pin (2x5) IDC connector. They are available from many sources.

Most 0.1" IDC connector series are starting with 6 positions. Some have also 4 position device, e.g. FCI 71600-104LF.

I need the header with 4 pins /female/ but I think much will be easier to solder 2 wires to these pins. /its for my BDI2000 JTAG Debugger/
