Is there any 3V voltage regulator(fixed 3V output), if yes Please suggest me one.

This one I found. You can buy it from digikey...

You can also use 1117.
http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lm1117-n.pdf

LD1117 from STMicro has 3.0V fixed regulator.

Hi kick
A trick for when you can't find such regulators in your town : use LM317 and try to calibrate it for 3 volt . it can give you exact 3 v too .
