I simulated a CPW circuit in CST studio (I can't show you the entire model). This model is made of different parts of PEC that touches each other and I need to increase the mesh in a specific area. So I decided to not "Add" all PEC parts together and use Local Mesh for that specific component. Technically this shouldn't create any problem in the simulation, but something weird happens. In this first picture you see two PEC components that touches each other (the light blue area is the substrate)

In this other picture you see the same thing but in 2D/3D results view, the yellow area is PEC and the light blue area is the substrate.

When I plot the field I get this. The dark blue area is the field

It seams like the field is inside the PEC. Does anybody know what's happening ?
