That is correct for the duty cycle shown, when you turn off there is energy stored in the magnetics which causes the Vds to rise to 2x rail where the energy s returned to source, when that energy falls to near zero the Vds falls again to the pos rail, then the other fet turns on and that causes the Vds to rise to 2x rail during the other fets on time ...
