36 volt smps design problem

hi
Im design a smps 36v 4a by piexpert but I have two problem
1-chock have a noios tik tik tik ....
2- output is 36v but current has very low amper about 100ma
help me

Man, i have made a fast checking and i don't have found problems..
But about the low amperage, can be de inductor wire.
What wire gauge you are using for the inductor?

checked the transformer?, use proper varnish and try

TOP devices are sensitive to the amount of primary winding inductance.
I once had a similar problem and after redesign of my transformer to get the primary inductance in the range suggested by the ap note it started up with no problem.
Before that it just tic, tic as you describe.
