Hi
Can anyone tell me how to find the Vthevenin and Rthevenin of the following circuit?
1.jpg

Thanks

I assume you want Thevenin between the 2 terminals at the right.

The out of the Graetz briedge is like a simlpe AC source, so just change that Graetz briedge with a AC source and then is easy.

The only stuff is to find that analytic expresion for the AC source.

Do you know how to simply calculate the voltage and current at the output? Like this:

Thanks guys for your replies
Actually the output voltage across 5k will be fed into microcontroller's analog pin.
Below is the circuit of microcontroller analog pin. and i want to know the value of "Rs" in my circuit, in order to calculate the A/D acquisition Time.

Thats why i am willing to calculate the Rth and Vth of the circuit.

Hope you guys understand what i wanna ask.

The 5k resistor is a potentiometer so its value will probably much less than 5k ohms. It is in parallel with the 1.5k resistor so their total value is much less than 1.5k ohms.
