I was trying to make a push pull inverter using SG2524/SG3524/4047, but I can not find any PWM i.c in proteus, except some of expensive and high wattage modules. is there any i.c available in proteus library for PWM simulation, or is it possible to download above mentioned i.cs into the proteus library ?

shall be thankful for your kind and worth helpful response.

Here try this one brother

thanks a lot kabeer02, i downloaded the .rar folder and have extracted it. but how to use these files, as it has different file formats for each model, which format should be placed in which folder of proteus installation directory. i tried by copying all files for each model in to directories , MODELS, and LIBRARY. but when i opened the proteus software and search for 494/UC2524 etc i could not found any in add-part-from-library section of proteus.

well i have both on my system but i only use it on 7.10 version i didnt try it on ver 8.0
