I need to improve the distance of remote control (typical door radiocontrol), the frequency is 30.875 Mhz, power I think 10 mW, someone has a most simple schematic for 0.5 W or less power amplifier ?

A cheap solution is to improve the receiver antenna. Use 2 m of wire.

There are probably legal restrictions on the power of commercially sold units. For your own use you probably can raise the power a little without getting arrested.

Another improvement is to slow down the data rate and narrow the receiver bandwidth.
