2sc1162 and 2sa715 equivalent transistors

I'm looking for equivalents for 2sc1162 and 2sa715 Hitachi. These transistors are excellent, but it is becoming difficult to find them. I found some other models, but they have much lower ft. Do you have any ideas? Thank you.

Here are equivalents for the following:
2SC1162:
2SC2877
2SD1380
2SD1818

2SA715:
2SA1217
2SB1009
2SB1217

All of the above have similar characteristics, and some equivalents have better ratings
than the originals.
