2's complement with JK and Multiplexer

Hi all ,
I try to create a circuit who can show the 2's complement for 8 bit numbers.I have to use JK Flip Flop and Multiplexer but i am not understand how these are connecting.I have IC CD4027 but i don't know how to use it in combination with Mux and how many JK are necessary.
Can someone give me an electrical schema or any advice?

Please read how 2's complement is defined.
Then - according this knowledge - try to find a solution on your own.
Show us your solution and we will comment / correct it.

There are many possible solutions. And I think this is the challenge: find your own solution.

Hint: I can't remember that a 2's complement definition uses a clock.
But your JK-Flipflop is a clocked device...

Hi,
I tried to make an circuit.
I try to make CD4027 to become an inverter( for 1's complement) and multiplexer for create an adder which add 1 to that number.I guess that now i have an inverter but i don't know how to create that adder. Thanks.
