Book that teaches PCB design, its tips and tricks

I am looking for a book that explains PCB design well. It gives examples and explains design of a simple 2 layer board and than also multi layered board also. It also explains how a a PCB is than manufactured i.e the techniques use e.g milling e.t.c

I myself use Eagle PCB. Do you know of any book that may let me fill in on this?
