250uA fixed current source needed.

fixed current sources

input 5...55V output 250µA constant current circuit needed.
Total circuit current must be <=400µA

This is smilar basic circuit. But not enough for full input range. Output current has small changes depending on input voltage.

Your suggestions to modifiy this circuit ?

TL 431 etc not useful. because of it draws 1ma+ for regualtion.
