Is Switching a power mosfet possible at 250 kHz under 30 A rms current?
Do you have any experiment on this issue.
I want to design a boost converter
Vin=24
Vout=280
P=700W
f=250 kHz is possible for switching.

It's basical possible, but not reasonable.

The bad thing with your design is the switched power of about 30A*280V = 8400 W. If you manage to achieve a switching time
(current rise/fall time) of 50 ns, the switching losses would be at least 105W. To achieve higher efficiency, a transformer would be needed.
