24bit soundcard for signal processing on PC

Please recommend a good and cheap 24bit soundcard suited for signal processing on PC.
I would prefer a 24bit soundcard with only 2 chanels - line in (L&R) and line out (L&R); many soundcards have 4 or 5 channels.
