I have a 240V DC 10KVA UPS Charger. I'm facing issues with Charging voltage. I have checked all the components and its values are right. Still, charging voltage is not boosting. It usually boosts upto 270V. But, It is not raising to that level. All components are physically good. Can someone help me with this issue?

P.S: I tried checking it with another good working charger board. All the values are same with the faulty board.

Hi,,
it´s hard to help without
* schematic
* knowing your test setup
* clear error description
* measurements
* and so on.

We have nothing to rely on . . nothing to check for.

So this is a "charger" for a UPS? So it charges up a battery so that the battery may be used, via an inverter, to give AC power to the installation, following power outage?
I am surprised you say it boosts up to 270V?......an inverter would really need some 350V input in order to give the normal AC mains waveform.

Hi! I don't have schematic. This is UPS charger for 10KVA/240V DC. The problem is, the UPS is working in battery mode as well as in mains mode. But, there's no charging voltage.

Hi! I don't have schematic. This is an UPS charger for 10KVA/240V DC. The problem is, the UPS is working in battery mode as well as in mains mode. But, there's no charging voltage. When I said it boosts upto 270, I meant the Charging voltage of the charger (DC)

For instance,

Battery voltage: 12V
On fully charged: 13.5V

For 20 batteries,

13.5 x 20 - 270V DC

I don't whether the charger is not converting AC to DC or the converted DC is not getting boosted. I'm confused whether there's something open there in the circuit. But, to the best of my knowledge, the circuit is right with perfect track.
