Cadence layout tool refresher

I will be working with Cadence Virtuoso soon again after a substantial break away from layout. Could anyone refresh my memory on the following please?

1) Launching Cadence Virtuoso from Unix
2) The default bindkeys

U can better do googling on internet ...there is plethora of material that will surely help u to refresh....and u can select there according to your prefrences...
